Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work? As a Production Worker, you’ll be hands-on in crafting pallets and potato crates. You’ll work with various pallet types and sizes, keeping your tasks diverse and engaging. It’s a physically active job, and over time, you’ll be expected to pick up the pace. But don’t worry—you’ll receive thorough training to master every step of the process.
Over de functie
Woodworking & Assembly: Cutting, planing, and nailing wood to create top-quality pallets and crates.
- Keeping Up the Tempo: You’ll ensure smooth production flow by working efficiently and maintaining high quality
- Teamwork: You’ll be part of a team of 9 dedicated colleagues who rely on each other to get the job done.
- Factory Work: Most of your tasks will take place indoors in our production facility.
Your working hours are from monday to Friday | 07:00 - 15:30This is a long term position so we are looking for someone who is in it for the long game!
Wat wij bieden
- A contract through Abiant, and depending on your age and experience, a gross hourly wage between € 14,06 and € 15,50;
- Full-time work for an extended period.
- You will also receive holiday hours and a pay supplement of 8.33%.
We provide comfortable accommodation in northern Netherlands, along with a company car for commuting. We also organize Dutch health insurance when necessary.

Over het bedrijf
Our client is a specialist in Northern Netherlands and Northern Germany, providing custom pallets and freight protection products. They also produce potato crates, cabbage boxes, and other agricultural packaging. You’ll be joining a motivated team of 9 colleagues who work together to keep production running smoothly.
